  • Removed the minimum resolution setting on the admin area of the website. It now stretches to fit your whole screen.
  • You can now change the sort number on articles and categories from the list screens.
  • Added a "Add Another Article" button to the edit article page.
  • Corrected an issue with the CKeditor image uploader which would require you to remove a \ before you could upload an image.
  • Added a button on the Article Categories screen to Publish all articles in a category that are marked "Ready to be Published".
  • Added a description field to articles and article categories.
  • Clicking on the article category now takes the user directly to the help file filtered on that category.

  • Modified the ticket screen format to better accommodate what the user is trying to do, Creating a new ticket versus responding and commenting on an existing ticket.
